Lodge Terms & Conditions
The person whose name appears on the Booking Form, agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all members of the party adhere to the conditions below.
- To secure your booking a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
- If a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start date of your stay, the full amount will be required in order to secure the booking.
- Cancellations; please notify Brewery Farm of any cancellation in writing. If a notice of cancellation is received between the dates of your deposit being received and the final deposit being due, then the deposit will be retained. If the dates are re-booked by another guest the deposit will be refunded less a £50 plus VAT admin charge. If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday (i.e the whole amount has been paid) then the full amount will be retained. To safeguard against cancellation charges and other unforeseen events we strongly recommend taking out Holiday Insurance.
- Failure to pay the balance of your stay will result in your stay being cancelled and the lodge being re-let.
- Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 21 years old.
- Hen or stag parties are not permitted. Group bookings of single sex parties are not allowed, unless by special permission from Brewery Farm, (please contact us directly, additional deposits will be required).
- The price paid includes use of the accommodation for the maximum number of guests as indicated, unless by prior consent. It includes bed linen (excluding cot bedding), towels and WiFi use. We offer guests a complimentary basket of logs for the wood burner, further logs are available at an additional charge.
- No smoking inside the lodges.
- Guests agree to use the property solely for its intended purpose as self-catering holiday accommodation and accept the right of Brewery Farm to refuse to hand over the property to any person deemed unsuitable to take charge.
- Unreasonable behaviour or disruption to our other guests and or the running of the farm will result in Brewery Farm removing you from the premises.
- You agree to allow Brewery Farm access at any reasonable time during your stay. We will always notify you in advance, unless for emergency reasons.
- You must respect and look after your accommodation during your stay and must leave the property clean and tidy upon departure. Please let us know of any damage or breakages so we can repair or replace them for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages.
- Guests are welcome to arrive any time from 16.00 onwards.
- Guests are asked to leave the lodge by 10:00 on the morning of departure.
- Guests accept sole responsibility for their own personal property and vehicles. Brewery Farm is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur whilst on the premises or whilst engaging in any activity there.
- Complaints - If guests have a problem or issue during their stay it should be brought to the attention of Brewery Farm at the earliest opportunity. Brewery Farm will do their best to action and resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please note that in order for us to investigate and implement corrective action where necessary, Brewery Farm cannot entertain complaints after guests have left.
- Dogs
- Well behaved dogs are welcome in our Hennning and Rawlsbury Lodge.
- Dogs must be declared at the time of booking and the relevant additional charges paid £50 per stay.
- Please do not leave your dog alone in the lodge at any time.
- We request that you do not allow your dog on the beds or furnishings.
- Brewery Farm is a working farm with livestock, therefore please ensure your dog is kept under control at all time and ensure that any fouling is cleaned and disposed of appropriately.
Campsite Terms & Conditions
- Please arrive after midday and depart before 11am.
- Guests are not allocated a pitch upon booking, but may choose on arrival, do please respect any existing campers.
- Our reception can be found on your left as you head towards to the campsite, if it is closed at the time of your arrival, please make your way to the campsite and pitch up, we will aim to visit you at some point to welcome you and ensure all is satisfactory. Contact numbers can be found at our reception should you require any assistance.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome. All we ask is that they are kept under control and any fouling is picked up immediately and disposed of appropriately.
- Please ensure all litter is picked up and placed in the appropriate bins.
- Sorry but we do not offer refunds – especially for inclement weather, however please do contact us as we may be able to rearrange your dates (this is at our discretion & not during peak times).
- We allow the use of fire pits & BBQ’s but they must be off of the ground. We have fire pits to hire and logs available to purchase.
